We have received reports from players experiencing an error message regarding a Hackshield-DLL file when launching the game.

This is an issue that is linked to the old Closed Beta client. To save you from downloading the full client again, we have provided a workaround on our forums for this issue.

Initially, we expected to have resolved the technical issues we experienced during the patching process from Thursday to Monday. However, at this point we are unable to give an estimate as to when we will be able to resume service. While there is a good probability that the servers will be live again today, other unexpected problems might delay the process again.

Of course, we will keep you up to date on the status of the servers, as soon as we have something to report.

Please accept our apology for the extended period of downtime.

The long-awaited Patch 3.010 hits our servers this Thursday. The patch will also include any fixes provided by 3.008 and 3.009 without any of the bugs associated with these patches (and the reason why we did not go live with them yet).

The Shop update has Halloween costumes for Junior, Max and Kooh. There’re Halloween Horns for Roger, Junior and Max! And for everyone there’s the Skull Orb, Pumkin Orb and a new Halloween skin for Dolphini called Skullphini.

The Scratch Card items will be updated with lots of terrifying but tremendous content. The awesome Soul Reaper Clubset is up for grabs along with some wicked costumes for Cecilia Kooh and Alene. The costumes can then be brought to Kidys Magic Box and transformed into some petrifying garments!

Furthermore, the scratch card drop rates will be increased in Tuesdays update. In fact, the rare drop rate has not just been improved but has been dramatically increased. We are aware that players have been discussing the drop rate and it has been watched very closely by the game team and so it has been enhanced.

To celebrate this Massive Halloween update you’ll receive a stack of 10 Skull Orbs every day until the next update.

Next Tuesday, 27th October, from 10:00 CET, the servers will be closed for maintenance. They will be back online in the afternoon and we will of course try to keep the downtime to a minimum.

The Great Devil has struck again! During Halloween, when the Devil’s magic is at its most powerful, only the bravest souls will dare to race in the routes which the lunatics of Wonderland still use to settle their disputes.

In true adventurous spirit, some drivers are crazier than others – and not even the most chilling of ghost stories will keep them of the tracks! However, there is protection available... Pumpkins have proven remarkably resilient against the Great Devil’s dark magic. As all of us from GOA want you to have a safe Halloween without encountering any vengeful ghosts and spirits, we have designed a new Halloween Pumpkin Kart for you and for a full week - it’s yours for free!

Check out your Karts on Monday, the 26th of October after Noon, and you’ll find you are in possession of the new Pumpkin Kart for a few days (just long enough to protect you from the Great Devil). Try it out, see if you like it, and if you do, you’ll be able to purchase it once the magic has worn off!

Also, you'll occasionally see a few people with the GM Tag in game during this period. These GMs will join a few random games per day. Anyone whofinishes ahead of a GM will receive 10 Bonus Exp and 10 Bonus Nitros later!
